Personal Lines Sales
Responsibilities:

Responsible for all aspects of selling Personal Lines accounts in conjunction with individual and departmental sales goals, and maintaining a high level of client service and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • California State Agent's License.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Spanish speaker a plus.
  • 3 to 5 years insurance brokerage or equivalent experience.
  • Command of all lines of personal insurance including sophisticated and less complicated coverages.
  • Complete knowledge of brokerage operations, including claims handling, procedures, underwriting guidelines, automation systems, and applicable insurance laws/codes.
  • Ability to work independently and establish priorities.
  • Excellent sales, organizational, automation, and verbal & written communication skills.

 

Personal Lines Servicing Agent
Responsibilities:

Coordinating day-to-day maintenance and servicing of agency accounts, and maintaining a high level of client service and satisfaction. Responsible for servicing Personal Lines accounts, including but not limited to: renewal handling, endorsements, claims, day-to-day client service, and annual Risk Management review of accounts.

Requirements:

  • California Agent's License.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Spanish speaker a plus.
  • 3 to 5 years insurance brokerage or equivalent experience.
  • Command of all lines of personal insurance including sophisticated and less complicated coverages.

  • 3 to 5 years insurance brokerage or equivalent experience.
  • Command of all lines of commercial insurance.
  • Complete knowledge of brokerage operations, including claims handling, procedures, underwriting guidelines, automation systems, and applicable insurance laws/codes.
  • Ability to work independently and establish priorities.
  • Excellent sales, organizational, automation, and verbal & written communication skills.

Assisting Commercial Lines Servicing Agent in day-to-day maintenance and servicing of assigned agency accounts, and in maintaining a high level of client service and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • California State Agent's License.

  • 1 year insurance brokerage or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of applicable insurance forms, underwriting guidelines, claims, and rating procedures.
  • Excellent organizational, automation, and verbal & written communication skills.
  • Ability to take direction, work independently, and establish priorities.
