value to our relationship with your business
insurance needs. We appreciate the efforts of
those who completed our Client Satisfaction
Survey. Your thoughts, suggestions and
ideas indicate you are happy with our efforts.
An overall satisfaction level at 95.6%
means we still have room to improve.
Congratulations to Irene Vanzinni of

drawing winner of a new Ipod Nano for her time
and efforts in completing the survey.
This months Advisor
focuses in three areas: Various entities are
at it again, making attempts to reverse the
changes enacted in SB899 that has, so far,
saved employers in California approximately
37% in rate changes since 2003; A study
released in California indicates that the
projected average rate for 2006 has decreased
to $2.59 per $100 in payroll, returning the
average to levels not seen since 1996; Work
Comp Fraud accounts for an estimated $3
Billion dollars annually to the system,
California has now set up a website to help
fight fraud statewide. This months Safety
Spotlight features Part 2 (of 2) on
the importance of Safety Awareness in the
workplace. Finally, our Product
Spotlight focuses on protecting your
business with Directors & Officers
Liability Insurance.
