Thank you for taking the time to review the March Alandale Advisor. We hope this finds your business profitable and claims free.

This month the Advisor focuses in four areas: With Workers Comp rates reducing in California we must remember the importance of being proactive with workplace injuries. Lower rates means that there are less premium dollars to balance out claim dollars and could help to increase your future Experience Mod Factor - now, more than ever, is the time to be safety conscience. We also would like to remind you to maintain focus on Work Comp fraud which is estimated at a $3 Billion per year industry in America. We have 8 tips to help your company. In the aftermath of Hurricanes Katrina and Rita, we must continue to focus attention on our own disaster preparedness. California may not experience hurricanes, however, we do have earthquakes. 100 years after the San Francisco Earthquake Californians are being reminded to buy earthquake insurance. There is more availability of coverage with reduced prices in today's' marketplace then in years prior.

This months Safety Spotlight features "Six Steps to a Safer Workplace" in an effort to help your organization be better prepared for the future.

Thank you for allowing Alandale to share this information with you. In the future, if you have topics you would like more information on, please contact me directly.

Regards,

Paul Traughber
