And The Winners Are...

Alandale's 2nd Annual Customer Satisfaction Survey was quite a success.  We had tremendous participation and received some great feedback.  And to show our appreciation, we gave away two Microsoft Zunes.

Here is a sample of the good news we received from this year's survey:

  • Only 3.8% of customers consider themselves less than satisfied with Alandale overall.
  • 93% said they would recommend Alandale to friends and family.

As far as knowing about, and taking advantage of, value-added services that Alandale offers, the results showed that Alandale could do a better job communicating.  Some examples:

  • Only 59% of our customers realized that they can take care of their insurance needs through email (our email addresses are firstname@alandale.com or you may use info@alandale.com or service@alandale.com ).
  • Just over 50% understood that Alandale has 3 locations (Los Alamitos, Glendora, and Tustin).
  • Only 48% knew all about the Los Alamitos location's Saturday hours of 8am - 4pm.  An additional 13% slightly knew of that fact.
  • 55% of Alandale's customers do no know enough about managing their account online to take advantage of it and 74% of you wanted more information on managing your account online.  For a complete overview of this free feature, please see the cover page of this month's Advisor.
